SHELLAC
The new Super-Polish!

 SHELLAC Hybrid Nailcolor

The Shellac manicure is unique & revolutionary. Have you ever gotten a manicure and then reached for your keys and ruined it?  Have you ever painted your nails before bed and woken up with sheet marks in them?  Personally, we can say “yes” to all of these things, which is why we're completely in love with Shellac, the manicure that requires no drying time and lasts two weeks with no issues whatsoever.

Shellac lasts for at least 14 days without chipping, scratching, or smudging. A mirror shine with no chips or nicks is guaranteed for a full two weeks and is easily removed in about 10 minutes.

Lasting 14 days is an accomplishment all by itself but shellac does even more. Many women have noticed that their nails are stronger and healthier after using shellac. Not only does it not damage your nail but it can improve your nail health.

“Our chemists invented a modern solution to the normal polish inconveniences that frustrate women,” says CND co-founder and style director Jan Arnold. How does Shellac get around the dry time? CND created a special UV lamp that accommodates hands and feet and cures the polish as you go. (The machines are completely washed and sterilized between customers.)
Shellac application does take longer than standard nail polish and requires professional application for the best results. Shellac paints on just like a regular polish using specially formulated base coat, two layers of color, and top coat. After each coat of polish is applied, you put your hand under the timed lamp while the other hand is being painted. As soon as the manicurist is done with your nails, you can dig into your purse for your keys without any concern of smudging or chipping. They are 100 percent dry at the end of your mani or pedi
So reach into that purse and grab your keys without worry!
Removing the polish is equally innovative. Using CND’s remover wraps and acetone, the polish literally glides right off. No harsh chemicals eating at your skin. Shellac nail color is hypoallergenic and “3-Free,” which means no formaldehyde, toluene or DBP.
Plush has the area's largest selection of Shellac colors. and our collection is always growing!

I love Shellac! I bowl in a league twice a week and my nails always look great!! No chipping. I'm also convinced that Shellac makes my nails stronger. I find that I can grow my nails long and they are not breaking when I bowl...that's amazing!
As a nurse I had long given up on growing out my nails due to the frequent handwashings. It made my nails weak and brittle. Then I discovered the Shellac nail system. Wow have my nails started to grow. They are strong and withstand hundreds of handwashing and opening many different medications. The polish looks great for 2 weeks with no chipping or peeling. I’m so happy to see beautiful feminine hands again. Thank you Shellac!

  1. My wife told me about how some medical spas are using nail polish with shellac. I'm surprised that more nail polish brands aren't using shellac. It's a lot stronger than whatever is in the types of nail polish that medical spas usually use. I should know, my wife goes to the spa in our area every week to get her nails done.
